Seller reviewWe feel that Carrol went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our properry We put ourselves in Carrol's hands. Followed her advice regarding upgrades etc. Every detail, including which entry point prospective buyers would be using to tour the home was taken into consideration. Carrol was right about all the little things that make a good showing Every question we sent (wether by phone, text or email wether 7am or 10pm) was answered in a timely manner. Century 21 Judge Fite Company has earned a reputation as a leader in the field for good reason. Their entire team was professional -and dependable. Again, we trusted Carrol, followed her advice and had a solid offer within 72 hours. During the entire process- from our first visit with her -to closing we were in close contact with her. She kept us informed of every step. (Inspection, survey, appraisal and closing info). We think Judge Fite found the right buyer for our property-someone who will love the place as much as we did. We couldn't be happier.
