Buyer reviewWe loved working with Carrol Smith! We have purchased 2 homes, and a vacant lot with her and have sold 1 home and the same lot. We consider her a family friend after working with her the first time and due to that she was able to understand what we were looking for with ease. She is very dedicated to her clients and would work with us around our busy schedules including the middle of the night or even weekends! We don't think we would've been able to find the same amount of expertise or dedication in someone else. We trusted her judgment in all our decisions since she knew what was best for us regardless of how that would impact her commission. Before we even looked at buying or talking to our lender, we would call her to see if we were jumping too soon on a decision or if it was the right call. She would give us advice as a realtor and as a friend. She truly is a wonderful human being!

Seller reviewI was referred to Carrol Smith by someone she sold a house to. They told me she was the best person and they meant it. In meeting with Ms. Carrol she was very sympathetic to my situation. My sister and I were selling our deceased brother's house, and Ms. Carrol had been through the same thing when her own brother passed. I knew from our first meeting that she would guide us through the entire process as two people who had never even purchased a home, let alone sold one. Ms. Carrol went above and beyond in helping us sell our brother's home. She not only advised us on what needed to be done, she got us connected to the people that could do it. She was so committed to helping us she even got down on the floor to help us with carpet work. I don't know many people that would do that. Ms. Carrol took care of us like I know no one else could have. My sister and I were basically going into this process blind and we trusted her completely and it paid off. Selling a home is a scary process and it could have gone wrong in so many ways, but Ms. Carrol held our hand through it. I am forever grateful to Ms. Carrol for helping us through this difficult time.
