We liked that she has enough experience to advise us to avoid a property if there were red flags we didn't see. We also appreciated that she took the time to identify our needs and concerns, and steered us towards or away from properties accordingly. During the process of the sale, she was very helpful during an issue on the seller's end. We felt confident she was protecting us and advocating for us throughout. Even after the sale was completed, she has been available for questions. We will definitely be contacting Caryn if we ever decide to leave our current home!
