He explained everything that we needed to know for every step along the way. He always answers his phone if there is a question about anything and makes sure if he doesnt know the answer immediately he finds it as quickly as he can. Casey and his team went above and beyond our expectations from preparing the house for sale, all the way through closing. Seller reviewI've seen his interaction with customers and thought, that is exactly what I need, and anyone else would need when trying to sell a home! His standard was only excellence and met every need I had with rapid and readily available plans/timelines and more! No question went unanswered. Even in the interesting change of market (high interest rates) he continued to pursue and brought only great plans and executed them with perfection! Anytime, morning-night if a question about the process was thought if i felt comfortable with his willingness to hear me out! Very reliable, and never did a negative thought cross my mind! As previously stated, everything was smooth and excellent!
