When we first started to look for houses on our own and with a different realtor, I ended up having to go on anxiety medication it was stressing me out so much. Once we got recommended to Casey and we chatted with him at our friends party I instantly felt like everything was going to be fine. We had finally met someone who left nothing to the imagination and kept it all straight with great insight. I could feel my stress levels plummeting and it was a relief that we needed. I was extremely skeptical when he said that if not the first round of looking at houses, then by the third round we'd have a house for sure. After the chaos that we'd already been through I was pretty sure that we'd break that streak. But here we are sitting in our new house that we toured on our first run of looking. The whole touring experience was so swanky to. We met up at Casey's office and got chauffeured around in a Century21 van, it felt very official. One of the advantages that he pointed out was that he could put in an offer of a house right away and that we could still see other houses at the same time. Which we did and it worked. Casey got us exactly what we wanted; which I thought was near impossible with how the market had been. If it wasn't for Casey and his team I'd still be stressed out in an apartment and town that I hated. Thank you, sincerely, thank you for making our first home a dream come true.

Casey was an amazing agent for us! He knew we were under a time crunch and got everything we needed to do in motion. He was amazing in getting the home search up and going and taking us out multiple times to view houses. He was available basically any time of day we had questions and was very knowledgeable. Also he has the best van to take you to all the properties! Comfy seats, TV to look at the listings before you arrive, drinks and snacks, and we just loved traveling together rather than trying to all meet up at the same property at the same time. All of this to say he really took the stress out of this process and made it so much easier for me to handle, which means a lot when I am also juggling a baby during all this. Thanks again!

Casey was with me from start to finish. Starting being 6 months before, me hemming and hawing as if I'm going to sell my property. He checked in with me a few times and finally, I decided it was time. He helped me get the place show-ready with his team of cleaners he uses and trash removal people. Please keep in mind, this place wasn't going to be an easy sell, I customized the upstairs with black carpet in the bedrooms, which my cat desecrated in his old age. Black paint on the master bath walls. Walls were purple, grey, blue and red throughout the condo. He had his work cut out for him. Oh, and me and my 5 cats were still living there when he started showing the property. Did I mention that? He cleared each and every showing with me. No surprise visits whatsoever. I asked if I should invest in painting the walls non-committal beige or something and get new carpet put in. He said, "No, I'll be able to sell it the way that is". I doubted it, but went with his suggestion. And he sold it within 2 months for where I wanted to be in price. I was shocked and amazed. And very thankful. He also introduced me to mortgage options I'd never considered or heard of. I ended up using a "bridge loan" on his suggestion. Things couldn't have gone smoother. I would use Casey Sears again. Casey Sears is the best realtor I've ever had contact with. He got our house under contract in a weekend and closed on in record time. Casey was great. He worked very quickly to address any hiccups that arose, and was available 24/7 for any questions, concerns, et. al.
