Buyer reviewTracey was right on top of everything and if she didn't know the answer she would find out. Casey was on top of everything. couldn't have asked for more We dealt with Casey for over 2 years. We got discouraged with covid and the prices increasing and everyone buying at any price. We waited until we could return and she found us our beautiful condo. It's turned out to be more than we expected. Thank you Casey!!!

Buyer reviewCasey Stearns was there for us, whenever we needed! Phone calls, texts, showings, etc. There was never a time we felt alone during this process. When things got stressful, she was there to talk us through. She made sure we were aware of everything happening and stepped in when she needed. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Seller reviewWe recently sold our vacation home on Pine Island in Florida, and Casey Stearns was our agent. I believe we saw her name on a "for sale" sign in our neighborhood, and I contacted her. We met with her a few months before we decided to sell. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the market to us so that we felt confident that we would have a successful sale. We met again with Casey before we decided to sell. Once the decision was made, Casey was there with the right information and advice every step of the way. What might have been a stressful experience turned out to be a very comfortable one. If we ever have the need for a real estate agent in Southwest Florida again, we would love to work with her.

Casey's attention to detail, her careful listening as to what was important to us truly demonstrated her professionalism in concluding what could have been a very complicated sale. Hats off to Casey for putting the entire deal together while benefitting both seller and buyer. Being in Sales and Sales Management my entire adult life, rating Casey as "Excellent in every category is quite a feat. Couple this with her kind, funny and caring personality, we could not have asked for a more efficient and frankly, fun sales process. One category not listed above is Determination for successfully concluding the sale so I wil give Casey an Excellent rating here as well. As previously stated, Casey covered all the bases while at all times maintaining her professionalism and steadfast approach for getting the job done. Sheer determination is frankly one of Casey's many outstanding qualities. She is not a bad comedian as well. Ha.
