I was born and raised in Oslo Norway and moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1965. I attended the University of Cincinnati. She married and has two children and two grandchildren. She moved to Florida in 2001 and settled in Delray Beach. I've had my Florida real estate license for over 12 years and in specialize in Active adult communities as well as all age communities in the Central and South Palm Beach area as well as North Broward County. In my off-time I enjoy golf, the beach and traveling. I hope to be able to assist you in finding the home of your dreams!

Buyer reviewWe could not attend a walk through, we live in Virginia. Cathy did the walk through with our Polo Trace friends and face timed my wife and I at the same time. She took her time showing us the entire home, inside and outside, and answered our questions. We felt confident that she could help us negotiate with the sellers. Many, many details involved with out of town buyers AND sellers. Cathy was a very good liason throughout the process. After a long mortgage application process with our bank, and their subsequent inability to make the loan work, Cathy stepped in and got us in contact with local broker that got our loan processed and approved in about 15 days.
