I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent - she will help you find a house and, more importantly, she will be with you every step of the way as the contract is negotiated. She is always on your side and never pushing you to accept something you aren't comfortable with for the sake of the deal. We almost had to walk away and she was open to starting over if we weren't happy. That lack of pressure gave us space to realize we wanted the house and to come up with creative ways to solve the issue. Also her contacts are amazing. The home inspector she recommended was 5x more thorough than the one our buyers used and she knew all the local repair companies when we needed quotes for remediation.
