Seller reviewCatherine Viola went above and beyond expectations . Catherine helped with the staging process and also conducted a broker's open and open houses which helped in selling the property. Catherine is Very Professional, Polite, and Very Detail-Oriented through the whole process. She was prompt in addressing our concerns and questions as well as getting in touch with the sellers agents to get us the information we were looking for. Catherine was down to earth and family friendly as we had to bring our small children with us for many of the showings. She was always smiling and happy to see them, even bringing them a little surprise when she heard they would be joining us. As a parent that made the world of difference when having to bring your children along. Catherine had plenty of professional recommendations for us when we were looking for an attorney and an inspector. She gave us a few to chose from and we were very pleased with her recommendations. We would highly recommend Catherine Viola to our friends, family or anyone who we heard looking to sell or purchase a new home. Buyer reviewCatherine was a fantastic real estate agent. She is knowledgeable of the area and knew the best strategy for winning a house that had multiple offers against it. She also knew recommendations for plumbers, mortgage, inspectors and lawyers who could facilitate the conpletion of the sale process. She was available day and night and quickly set up house viewings within 24 hours of my request. She also answered all my questions along the way regarding the entire process. She was super sweet too; she paid for the replacement of a hose bib on my house as a welcome gift, and she even bought me a celebratory drink! She is really the kind of real estate agent you want, especially if you are a first time home buyer like me! I enjoyed having Catherine as my real estate agent. Her friendly and positive personality made the house buying process fun! I would recommend her to anyone buying a house.
