A rural western North Dakota native, Cathleen grew up on a farm in the country and has lived in cities of all sizes from small to mid-sized to major metropolitan areas. Seller reviewI met Cathleen Engel while at an open house. Since that time she's helped us with numerous sales/purchases. She is so knowledgeable, approachable and works hard. She is very detailed, which I appreciated and proved to be important at different times throughout the process. Cathleen understood our family and our needs and always went above and beyond to accommodate that. Our sale was so smooth during a very stressful time in our lives (job offer requiring a move out of state). I'm confident the only reason it was so smooth was due to Cathleen and the work she put in for us. She really is the best of the best and I refer her to anyone who inquires about needing a realtor. If there was a category above excellent, I'd give that. Cathleen came over to our house numerous times during the sale process and was always helping get tasks completed as she knew we were swamped with multiple young kids. She was easy to get a hold of and prompt to answer any questions.
