I had tried a realtor I knew in passing from church. However, I did not feel listened to, and was encouraged to take a mortgage, although I was adamant about being debt free, and paying cash for a fixer upper. She treated this sale for $80K with as much attention as I would expect were I purchasing an $8 Million dollar home. I was so grateful she actually listened to me, through it all. Every concern I had she promptly answered or got the answer back to me.
