She was always available to answer my questions (I don't think she ever missed a call or text from me), and did so with great knowledge. This was my first home, so she was very patient and understanding with me, and made sure I understood everything completely. You could tell she was genuinely happy for me, and it wasn't just about the sale or the money for her - as is with the majority of commission based jobs.
