Her service was unparalled, i have purchased several homes in my lifetime and Cecilia has been and is the best Realtor that i have had the pleasure to work with! If and when, i need a Realtor in the future, without a doubt, she will be our first choice! Trust and comfort level are huge factors when considering a realtor, bank builder etc.. Cecilia is at the top of my list, she was proactive, pleasant, did what she said she would do, available and she laughed at my corny jokes! We were extremely happy and comfortable working with Mrs Cecilia. Pls give her a raise ion salary, she deserves any accolades that can be awarded. Awesome Realtor and my new friend. Seller reviewCecilia Baca-Pena was our agent for selling our parents' home. She helped us with pricing and marketing the house, and preparing it for sale. We got a full-price offer in 4 days! There were a few issues with the inspection, and she provided advice in dealing with the issues and negotiating with the buyer. When we needed to make some repairs, she was knowledgeable about good contractors in the area to use. We needed a roofer, a plumber, septic tank repair, a handyman and a cleaning service, and we were pleased with all of them. She saved us a trememdous amount of time by meeting contractors to let them in for estimates and work. Overall, Cecilia was outstanding to work with. She worked hard for us, remained calm when issues arose, and gave excellent advice in evaluating offers and negotiations. We highly recommend her!
