I am active in my local Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Board of Adjustments with the City of Henderson. I have volunteered in Junior Achievement with local schools and active in my church. My husband & I have four children, all graduates from Henderson High School. The oldest two are graduates of A & M University in College Station and the youngest two are graduates of SFA University in Nacogdoches. We have two beautiful Granddaughters.

I have been a resident of Rusk County since 1975. Upon obtaining my Real Estate license in 1996, I began my career with CENTURY 21. In 2001 myself and husband, Joe Koch, purchased the company and relocated to 701 S Main. I received my broker's license in 2003. I am member of the National & Texas Association of REALTORS, as well as the Longview Board of REALTORS & MLS, the Tyler MLS and the Nacogdoches MLS. I am active in my local Chamber of Commerce, my church & other activities in my community.

Seller reviewAs this was an investment property, I especially liked working with Cecilia because she kept me focused and had me "stay the run." Our price reductions were necessary and always thought through with her being more aggressive and keeping me on course and not trying to "firesale" the property. She was right -- there was a buyer out there for this rather unique and large property.

Seller reviewI do not live in the area of the "house sale" and Cecilia and I had to sale property long distance. I thought we did well together to have sold the house so quickly. She took care of the house cleaning, yard care, and removal of a couple of items from the property. I really appreciated this. I would refer her and Century 21 to anyone dealing in property sales/purchase. She was kind in asking me not to stress during an intense moment when I misread an email and did not see closing docs, only request for signature to release escrow.
