Seller reviewI will highly recommend Ceil Adkin to anyone looking to sell. She knows the market (Montclair)with respect to listing and offers sound advice that I followed without question. As a result I received 7 offers and closed at 129K over listing. The friend who referred me to Ceil received 110K over list price. Having just sold a house 2 years ago with another agency, in comparison, I was more impressed by Ceil's attentiveness and being there for me day and night. She is hands down THE BEST!

Seller reviewCeil is one of the most patient, reliable, and understanding people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. As the administrator of my mother's estate, it was at times very stressful, but Ceil just had this very calming way about her that helped to put me at ease. Ceil had a buyer quickly and her communication was excellent and appreciated. Ceil answered all of my questions and was very clear with what she was doing and what she needed from my end. Great realtor, I will definitely use her again and certainly recommend her to family and friends in the future.

She helped guide us regarding sales price and was able to secure an initial offer "over" asking price. We are thrilled with her expertise and knowledge of the Montclair market. She worked hard to secure a buyer for our home. Helped us stage the home appropriately and brought in serious buyers. We sold the home within 5 weeks - so very pleased with her efforts! Highly recommend her!!

Her suggestion for us to write a personal letter to the Seller is what got us the house. The seller had 5 offers and chose us! (And our offer was NOT the highest.) Kudos to Ceil! Montclair's real estate market is highly competitive & is extremely difficult for families with less than moderate incomes to purchase a home. Ceil fully understood that & knew precisely what to do make our homeowning dream a reality. We love Ceil!
