Cesar is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. As first time home buyers, he was extremely patient with us and took the time to educate us on a lot of things we were not aware of, often going later in to the evening on his own personal time. He was always accessible and dedicated to us when we engaged in his services. Cesar was prompt to set up appointments and viewings and accommodated to our work schedules to make it happen. I loved that Cesar takes the time to listen to the client to understand what they are looking for. He is driven to help you find and get what you are looking for and not just make a sale. I have greatly appreciated his honesty and genuine opinions throughout our dealings with him. Was my first time dealing with Cesar Gomez as an Agent and my first time selling a home. Didn't know how easy the whole process was to sale my property was. Especially with the limited time I had due to my work schedule. He made it easy for me and explained every step of the way. Seemed like Cesar Gomez was available 24/7 to answer any questions I had. Made the whole process stress free for me and worked around my schedule. Cesar Gomez made sure my property was ready for showings. He had open houses every weekend and worked hard marketing my property till my home was sold.

Cesar fue muy eficiente en la venta. Puso el sign de venta y se puso a trabajar por uno tocando le la puerta a 20 vecinos para dejarles saber que la hibamos a poner de venta. Cesar encontro comprador en solo 17 dias. Estamos muy contentos con su trabajo.
