It is such a big decision (where you are going to live, are you going to be able to afford it, what all is involved in the process, etc.) I think what makes the process so much easier is finding the agent who you click with, who will listen to your needs, understand your budget and guide you through all the steps while also preparing you for the ups and downs. Chad did all of this and more. He took time to listen and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I truly feel like I would have never of found the perfect home without him.
