He was so nice and personable that I remained working with him even though I know a dozen or so agents as friends and family that could have helped me thru the process...I chose to stick with Chance...and very pleased I did...despite the funny backlash from my friends who are agents. I have also recommended Chance to others. Great guy to work with.
