It was random luck that we met at the first showing, we instantly got along and he understood what I was looking for down to the littlest details. Whenever something came in the market he would notify me right away and have me check it out. Chance knew every question I had about the property I bought and the ones he showed previously. He was very attentive, quick to get me answers, and friendly as they come. When I buy in the future I won't be going to anyone else. Thanks Chance!

Our budget was extraordinarily low but our dream was big and it was because of him that we were able to achieve our dream. At times we lost hope of finding the right place, but then we would get a text from Chance asking us how we were doing, if we had seen anything new, if there was anything he could do to help us out, and it was always perfect timing to boost us back up. His determination and patience were exemplary and we are thankful that he was referred to us, and thankful he was our agent. He is number one in our book and we will recommend him to anyone that mentions they are looking for a good real estate agent.

And he knew his stuff, how to do different offers, how to research properties, never giving up on us when we had to sell at our end first. He answered endless phone calls from our end after hours.
