She was able to communicate with a difficult selling agent so that when any time we hit a bump in our process, and there are always bumps, everyone ended up happy. Chantel was extremely patient with all of our questions that we, as first time homebuyers, had. She was able to explain everything that was happening so that it was easy to understand. Chantel went above and beyond to make sure everything closed on time and even scanned and faxed everything for us because we didn't have access to those materials at our previous address. Chantel also took the time to make sure that we were updated on everything that needed to be done in the right order so that when it was time to close, we were ready. We will definitely recommend Chantel to family and friends. We are so happy that we were able to work with her. Overall we had a wonderful house buying experience.

Not only was Chantel trustworthy, professional, patient, knowledgeable and respectful but she also directed us to the lenders that fit our needs. I also loved the inspector that was provided because of the detail he gave in the report and all the questions he was able to answer during the inspection. Chantel was also very organized and stayed on top of all the deadlines which allowed me to focus more on other things. I highly recommend her to anyone.
