Buyer reviewChaqueria was a great asset to us in our house hunting and knowledge of Myrtle Beach. After listening to our description of what we wanted in terms of the home and the amenities, it was Chaqueria that recommended that we take a look at Kingston Plantation- and she was 100% right - it was exactly what we wanted. She invested a lot of time finding out the HOA rules and was our eyes & ears when we needed her to help during the inspection. We don't know how we would have been able to purchase our new home without her! Living 600 miles away and still working, she was available and willing to seek out the information we needed to finalize our decision to buy this property. We enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to other looking to move into the area. Thank you Chaqueria!

Call backs to be sure all was going well. She continued to go the extra mile for us before the sale and afterwards! We will definitely recommend her to family and friends! Chaqueria made sure we understood everything at closing. Her knowledge of the area and builders was a definite plus because we knew so little about the area and what the retail area was like.
