Buyer reviewCharity Boldebuck and Bud Pride showed a genuine interest in finding the right property for my wife and I. They were responsive to all of our concerns, interests, and unique needs in finding a home. Century 21's support staff was outstanding. I have worked with other real estate firms in the past, but Century 21 proved they are professionals with the experience to get you in your new dream home as soon as possible. While Charity's experience dealing with a Fannie Mae foreclosure was limited, Charity, Bud and their team addressed all necessary documentation, communication, and forethought needed to get us into our new home quickly.

We feel very fortunate to have found Charity who now feels more like a good friend than a business associate. We highly recommend this agency!

Seller reviewCharity went ahead and prepared comps and a contract and talked us through why she felt we should list our property during the winter before we even signed up with her. There was no pressure on us to sign up with her. We had been trying to sell for quite some time and didn't have a good experience with another agent and also trying to sell on our own. We never met her in person until we had the walk thru with Charity and the buyer. She spent two plus hours with us that day! As we didn't attend the closing I told her at the walk thru that we wish we had met her sooner.
