Buyer reviewAs first time home buyer's there were many questions, concerns, worries and lots of stress but Charla Durham was there every step of the way to answer questions, calm nerves and asist us through the whole process. Charla Durham was by far the most incredible realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond our expectations. She went out of her way to take pictures and videos of properties we were interested in since we were out of state. She communicated consistently with us and truly had our families best interest at heart. She was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the buying process. I highly recommended Charla for anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell property. I will refer everyone I know to her and if we ever buy or sell she WILL be who we contact. She was absolutely incredible to work with and I cannot thank her or recommended her enough!! I feel bad for anyone who has to buy without Charla as their realtor.
