Charlene was recommended by a friend. She responded immediately to our questions. She is very competent and communication was excellent. Our home sale went smoothly. Buyers had some issues with their loan approval. Charlene followed up with everyone concerned and kept us in the loop at all times. She went on vacation and still monitored the progress of our sale and sent updates every couple of days. Charlene is friendly, approachable, knows her craft. Always pleasant and available to answer any questions. She was always there to solve any problems that arose. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Very highly recommended!

Charlene King is the BEST!!! She is seriously so nice and her personality made the whole process less stressful. My husband and I went with her because she helped my sister buy a home a couple years ago. We met with her and she helped us set goals so we would be completely comfortable finiancially with buying a home since we have never owned a home before. When we got close to our goals we started seriously looking. Charlene was very personable and gave her real opinion about homes, whether it be good or bad. It was great to get her perspective because she pointed out certain aspects we hadn't thought of yet. When we finally found our dream home she was amazing to work with. She was always a phone call, txt, or email away if we needed her. If we were ever confused by the documents, she would call and go over them with us even if it was almost midnight! She really sold us as a couple to the selling realtor and her great friendship with the selling realtor helped as well! Escrow was going to close right before we went on vacation so I was stressed to have repairs made while we were gone. She was there for us every step of the way. She came to the house multiple times for us to meet with different companies for repairs, for cleaning, and for appointments. I could not imagine having a different realtor through this stressful process. She helped so much in every aspect and relieved so much stress for us! She is such a great realtor! Our whole family plans to go to her for any real estate needs in the future!
