Her knowledge of the cities which she services was invaluable. She has a connection for any one, or any service a seller may need. Whatever seems to pop up, she has a solution for. If she can't address it directly . . . she knows someone that can. I really appreciated her being sensitive to cost for her sellers. Often times, agents assume a seller will spend whatever amount of money to get their property sold. This should never be assumed, and Charlene did not do that.
