He was very prompt and clear in his communication and was always available for questions and giving us access for inspections. Buyer reviewCharlie was very easy to work with, very willing to check out houses as we were not local. Hate creepy basements and he pre-checked several for me and sent me pictures so we didn't waste time. He took us to around 16 houses in two days, then handled our bid. We had limited time looking, buying and closing and he was very willing to accommodate our schedule. Buying experience was smooth and easy. Thanks Charlie!
