I had an agent for 6 mths before Charles, she only showed the house 3 times. Her photos and wording on my property were terrible, I spoke with her but she wouldn't change anything. I was very disappointed with her work, I had to pay for the photos that were put on the internet. Not Happy with anything she did, it was a long 6 months...I learned about Charles from a realestate postcard I received, they buy houses outright, I didn't like any of his offers, but he was kind enough to give me Charles's name and Phone# . I met with Charles was amazing, knowledgeable, honest, very efficient, very friendly, and a great personality. I was very impressed with how smoothly things went, he always kept me informed, I probably ask him a million questions and he answered them, I have never done a real estate sale before , my husband did them, but, he passed away in 2015, sorry to say. I am so please with the way he handled everything. My experience was great, in every way. I had another agent from another company, she basically wasted 6 months of my time and effort to sell my house. She had horrible pictures and wording online, when I ask her to change them she wouldn't. I paid her for the pictures that were taken by the drone and she took the rest they were bad. She only showed the house 3-4 times in 6 months! I was lucky to find Charles, he's a great guy. I thank him so much for the service I received.......

This is the third purchase which Charles Marino and JW Morton have handled for me. Charles is absolutely the only agent I choose to represent me. His knowledge and attention to detail are outstanding. His availability is unsurpassed. Charles was always one step ahead of everybody else involved in this transaction.
