I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY, became NYC police officer (NYPD) at the age of 21 and later transferred to the NYC Fire Department (FDNY). After 21 years of service, I retired as a lieutenant completing a very successful civil service career. After moving to Citrus County in 2014, I began working as a Realtor with Century 21 J.W. Morton. I bring with me the positive traits that I have acquired throughout my career as a police officer and firefighter to all of my real estate dealings. Treating people with integrity, honesty, fairness and respect and dedicating myself to getting the job done properly has always been and will continue to be my trademark. As a devoted real estate professional I will make every effort to ensure your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I firmly believe in putting my clients first and keeping them informed throughout the entire process from home search to closing.

Buyer reviewCharles did a top-notch job for Century 21 - excellent customer service - went way above & beyond what I had expected - always easy to reach via cell phone or e-mail....very responsive to any request, even if it was sort of off-the-wall.....recommended terrific people to accomplish inspections, etc.....very, very easy to work with.....appreciate that Century 21 has this caliber of people working with them....

Buyer reviewFrom the onset Charles made me comfortable and handled himself with professionalism and showed respect for my time providing timely responses to my questions and concerns. Charles was very attentive to all my concerns and most importantly 'listened' to what I was looking for and showed me only properties within my means and didn't waste time showing me homes that didn't fit within my perameters. This is by far the most crucial point and one that will keep me coming back to deal directly with Charles as well as recommend him specifically to my friends and family. Charles also exceeded my expectations with regard to the paperwork - he made sure he spent the time explaining all the different documents that came to me and guided me through seemlessly making sure I didn't pay for items that were included as part of my closing and making the entire process very painless. Charles should be the meter which other agents are measured - as previously stated he exceeded all my expectations and I will certainly be coming back to continue doing business with him. A+++ If Charles is the type of agent that JW Morton is built on I firmly expect long continued success. It has truly been a pleasure.

Buyer reviewI am from out of town & had no knowledge of Charles Marino or the J W Morton Agency. I found a home that I was interested in & it was listed by J W Morton. I stopped into the office & just happened to meet with Charles & I'm glad I did. It can be challenging trying to buy a home long distance, but Charles has gone above & beyond what I have seen from any other Real Estate Agent. He has worked hard for me before, during, & after the sale. He is still following up & helping with things that need to be addressed. Because I live "up north" I can't be there to handle many issues, Charles has been extremely helpful handling these for me. I was extremely fortunate to have Charles working with me buying a home as is the J W Morton Agency to have him on their staff! I feel very fortunate to have worked with Charles. He has gone above & beyond to fulfill my needs & to make this a smooth transaction. He is very professional, trustworthy, & extremely helpful! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a home in his area & will look him up if I ever sell or buy another home.

Buyer reviewCharles is superbly attentive and highly motivated. Concentrating on all of our wanted requests in a home and much more. Charles is kept in close contact and went above and beyond his duties as an agent. I feel very fortunate in that we had a "chance" meeting. His directness and personality combined with his extensive knowledge and never ending smiles with a wonderful attitude. I wish he was the listing agent so he could receive the entire commission as the sellers agent was far below par. If I had to rate Charles in stars there would be 10 on a high 5 scale. I will recommend only him to anyone I find in the market whether they are buying or selling. He far surpasses any agent I've dealt with in any state. I love Charles Marino!
