When we did virtual tours she was very thorough and did not gloss over anything we may not have seen the details of because of not being there in person. After the sale was complete, she has graciously and efficiently helped us with setting up work to be done on the house. We are out of town buyers and she has handled everything professionally and made this a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Thank you! The home is not pristine, but I didn't want a pristine home, I like to tinker around, so it fit well. When the seller stranded me a week before closing, Charlie bailed me out by securing lodging at a motel at a reasonable cost. Thank's Charlie!!!
