Seller review

Knew area where property was located. Recommended by friends who have used her before. Relied on her for suggestions for sub contractors. Were constantly upgrading the property so a true open house never took place. Buyers were accepted while undergoing upgrades. Charlie went the extra mile for us as we were out of state. Handled all communications with title company.
