I chose Charlie from the Dave Ramsey website. I never had the opportunity to meet Charlie but I felt an immediate connection via the phone and email. She was very personable, caring, and was a very good listener. There are probably not a whole lot of real estate transactions that the buyer never meets the agent. Charlie was able to navigate through some difficult situations that were very impressive to me. In addition the property was an agent owned home where the agent was very inexperienced. Charlie had her hands full and helped 'train' the other agent. I never saw the property, I lived in a different state than where the property was located, I depended solely on Charlie to be my eyes and jump the hurdles. We encountered a very difficult Title Company that was not very cooperative, but Charlie was very skilled and negotiated through it all. Charlie was available evenings and weekends, always willing to answer my phone calls and was prompt and professional. After the sale closed there was a problem that arose on a weekend. Charlie didn't hesitate, she jumped back into action and resolved the issue. That is a testament to her personal and professional work ethic, she was still very engaged! Charlie Weber is a gem!!
