Seller reviewNeeded to sell a property that I inherited in Florida. Since I live in NY, this was going to be a challenge. My son suggested that we use someone he knew and had worked with many years ago in NY. We contacted Charlie Matarasso, and I'm very glad we did. Charlie sold the property quickly and for a higher price than we had expected. The sale went smoothly and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. I would recommend Charlie to anyone looking for an honest and professional realtor.

We were kept apprised every step of the way, and Charlie handled all the details and all of the challenges associated with the sale of our property. We had a renter in the home and some other obstacles, none of which seemed to slow Charlie down from selling the property.
