Seller reviewI met Gary a year before we put the house on the market when he came from a neighboring property to help me take down a tree damaging the roof. There was no talk of considering selling; He was just seeing someone who could use help and provided it. It was an easy decision to contact Gary when we decided to sell the next year. When we moved to sell, Gary and Charlie met with me on Monday, Found comparables by Tuesday and presented them and a marketing plan that day. We signed a contract with them, and they presented completed proposed listing Wednesday night. The property was listed Thursday morning and we had a signed offer for the asking price the next morning. Their efforts once the offers were accepted resolved any and all questions within hours each time.
