I am a resident of Vinton and graduated from Vinton High School. I attended McNeese State University and Houston Community College majoring in Business. I am married to Kevin Curran and have one daughter, Stefanie, who is attending college and real estate school. Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor in 1997, I worked for the Calcasieu Parish School Board and the Town of Vinton as a Deputy Clerk and also worked for several large oil companies. Since entering my real estate career, I have received numerous awards for sales, production, and quality service. I am presently on several Board of Realtor committees including being very active in my community. I take pride in assisting my clients with buying and selling, and any real estate transaction. My areas of conventration are vacant land, residential, multi-family, and commercial in all of Calcasieu Parish and surrounding areas.

Yeah When we did the final walk through the day of closing, We realized the sellers had taken the appliances out of the home we were buying that day and the appliances were to stay as in the documents! Charlotte made sure that we got all appliances back before closing! Charlotte was very helpful the entire process and we would strongly recommend her to all of our family members and friends!
