Chas Baumgartner is a great choice for your team. While under contract on a house I was selling through another agency the buyers had a hard time securing funding. I ended up needing the sellers of a house Chas was helping me buy to sign not one but two extensions. Chas helped negotiate and convince them to extend both times. Anytime I am purchasing property in the area I will always use Chas Baumgartner.
