Having two grandpa's that served in the Army, I am honored to work with the military personnel for relocation. I have sold Real Estate for over 3 years and have met many great people along the way that I now call "friends". In these three years, I have earned several awards including "Quality Service Producer". I live in a small town and have played many sports in my life so I understand the importance of working as a team and getting along. I honestly believe that communication is the key. I am easy to get a hold of and will ALWAYS return a text, call, or email. Lansing, Jackson, and the surrounding areas are my specialties but am willing to travel anywhere as the military has served us, I feel privileged to serve them.

She assessed my property's condition, recommended improvements to appeal to buyers, and since it was income property,gave me advice on how best to encourage my tenant to help with the sale. Her market analysis was spot on. We received a full price offer within five days of listing. There were some bumps in getting to the closing due to the buyer's financing. Cheri kept me informed and was able to explain the issues as they arose and was able to assure me that it would get to closing.
