Born and raised in New Bern, I love introducing customers to this wonderful area. I work with buyers and sellers in New Bern and surrounding areas covering primarily Craven, Pamlico, Carteret and Jones counties. A licensed REALTOR/Broker for approaching 20 years, I am proud to have helped so many people with relocation whether moving from one side of town to the other or from another state to NC. It is a tremendous responsibility that I take very seriously and truly enjoy. It is so satisfying to help people find the right home for that next phase of their life.

She understood the difficulties with the situation, getting us in touch with a local attorney as well, to be able to sell a property that was part of an estate, went above and beyond as an intermediary with the local county clerk, as we are nearly 800 miles away, and was fanastic with tracking down potential buyers. She also had fantastic follow up when the original prospective buyer was unable to provide proof of funds, to find an even better deal for us. I only wish she was licensed in CT so I could use her skills for another estate property in CT. Thanks Cherry!

Always available and if she doesn't know the answer to your questions, knows how and where to find them. Response time on all issues was amazingly quick. Always on top of her game and knows the New Bern market as well as anyone. Cherry and her network of contractors, inspectors, and closing agents makes the buying and selling process as easy as it could possibly be. We rented for a year. Once we got near the end of our lease, she encouraged us to pick up the pace and really start searching for our home.
