I read in the newspaper an ad by Cheryl Bourland for Century 21. We needed a realtor to sell my wife's Dad died. He had a house in Hot Springs Village. I thought Cheryl as both a broker and realtor with 31 years experience would be a great choice. We called and set up an appointment time to meet Cheryl at the house. She was awesome. It was obvious she had experienced the same with relatives so that made the decision very easy. She walked through the process. Viewed the house and recommended that we have the estate sale prior to placing the house for sale. She provided phone numbers for several possible estate sale companies in the Village. We chose the one she recommended most, but called several. We chose her recommendation and the people were incredible in their ability to host an estate sale. She coordinated several actions that needed to be conducted prior to listing. Since we lived four hours away Cheryl found several companies and individuals to prepare the house prior to it being placed on sale. She always did the right thing. That is something hard to find in real estate. In the process my wife and I developed a friendship with her. Her worthiness as a person and a professional caused this to be an easy development. Cheryl sold the house immediately and for a great deal more than we expected. Her expertise as a realtor and genuine human being made this a great experience when it could have been the other way. We could not have done this without her. I strongly recommend that anyone considering selling or purchasing a home or lot in Hot Springs Village use Cheryl Bourland. She is the best. Cheryl wrote the book for all the characteristics just evaluated. Yes you need an OUTSTANDING category. They were there when we needed them, they still are, and will always be.

There is not to much more to say about Cheryl. She is a very nice person. And I think she is an excellent realtor. And we in the village are glad to have someone that knows how to sale our property and get us a good price. She is very trustworthy and that is most important.
