She was up front & honest with us & was willing to show us anything we wanted to look at. She met us at the property, showed us around & was very knowledgeable about the property. If we asked a question that she did not know, she was honest and she found out the answer for us. Our kids keep telling us to find a realtor that we liked & Cheryl Frank was that realtor. We got good vibes from the moment we met her until the moment of closing. WE would highly recommend Cheryl Frank & will use her in the future if we are ever in need of a realtor.
