Buyer reviewI have known Cheryl Landis for many years. In the past she has sold my aunt's home and my mother's home. Cheryl just recently sold our home in New Kensington, PA and we bought another home in Lower Burrell, PA. three miles away. Our primary residence is in Myrtle Beach, but we wanted something on one floor and no steps in Lower Burrell to be nearer our children when we come north to visit. When our present home came up for sale, Cheryl called us in Myrtle Beach knowing we had been interested for several years. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone. She communicated with us often to let us know what we needed to do and what to sign. She was great.
