She went above and beyond to get us any information we needed on any potential homes and was always very prompt and timely when we needed anything. (We even caught her pulling our weeds at the final home inspection before closing.) She is very friendly and easy to work with and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

I felt as though she cared every bit as much as I did that I found the right house. House hunting can be stressful, but she helped to make it as painless as possible. She took me to see a lot of houses and never once did I feel she was eager for me to "make up my mind". She just kept saying that I'd know the perfect house when I saw it, no matter how many I had to look at to get there. Cheryl honestly made me feel as though I was the only client she was working with at the time. She was always available to answer my questions and she handled every single detail for me, including finding a home inspector and a company to do radon mitigation for me.

Buyer reviewCheryl pays attention to what your needs and wants are when finding homes to look at. I have dealt with many realtors in the past and find most don't listen, they just want the sale. It's nice dealing with someone who really takes her time and cares about each person she's handling. Very quick in answering questions and relaying important information having to do with looking at houses and in the buying process. Cheryl is very good at giving ideas on what to do with space while you're in the looking phase. It's a big deal to someone who is looking by themselves and need another viewpoint on things. Buying a home is an overwhelming experience, so it's nice having her there and helping with those questions in your mind.
