Cheryl always kept us informed as to house showings, marketing plans, improvement suggestions, prospective buyer comments, and buyer loan progress. She also did a great job pulling everything together on the day of closing. It went very smoothly.

Cheryl is the best! My son has seizures and in saying that, she was the most patient, understanding, and kind woman....no....agent that I have ever met! She did your agency proud!
