I started my career in Real Estate as a Real Estate Assistant, and later as a Title Abstractor, gaining valuable knowledge in both areas. I quickly realized, however, that I wanted to be on the front end of contracts, doing what I now love most... helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals! I officially became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2018 and, as 2023, am now a Licensed Real Estate Broker! I relocated to the Middle Tennessee area in 2006 and am proud to call Tennessee home! I'm a "soccer mom" to two beautiful girls! I have a black lab, Bella, and two sweet rescue pups, Eleanore and Cocoa. I love to travel, exploring new cities and countries! I'm a big supporter of the Nashville Soccer Club (NSC) and enjoy attending home games at the beautiful new Geodis Park in Nashville. I enjoy going to the Nashville Flea Market. I love to sing, play the drums, and love musicals, especially my favorite, Wicked! When you combine my real estate experience with my extensive training, my clients always win! My designations include the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). I have received the Silver Award of Excellence from Greater Nashville Realtors, as well as the Quality Service Producer Award from C21, and have ranked among the Top 100 C21 Agents in the state of Tennessee. Buyer reviewCheryl has patiently sent me properties over a year. She had her daughters soccer game to attend but still took time to walk the property with us and give her feedback. It needed to be a quick purchase as there was going to be other offers and she got it done for us. She made it less stressful and got our offer in ASAP. We love Cheryl and trust her with our family's home/property needs.

Although I never planned to need a realtor, I was suddenly in the market for a house and Cheryl was the first person to come to mind as we had worked together before she became an agent. She was very patient as I was choosing a home for my mother who was out of state. Cheryl understood our needs, found us the perfect house, and led us through the whole process. Seller reviewCheryl was referred to me because I needed someone that was patient and understanding of my anxiety/OCD/panic disorder. She was always kind, available, helpful and stayed in contact and constant communication with me even "after hours" if I needed something. She never "forced" us to do something we weren't ready to do. We used her for 2 transactions about 16 months apart (bless her). She helped us purchase land to build our new home and sale our current home. She had it all timed just right. We would use her again.
