Seller reviewCheryl is the most outstanding Realtor and a joy to work with! The need to sell my sister's house was imparative given her health and move to a Senior Living community. We needed a quick-sale and the house required repairs. As my sister's POA living in another state, Cheryl took it upon herself to coordinate all vendors/bids to replace the roof, bringing the house electrical system to code, refinishing the floors, painting the interior of the home, and coordinating removing all furnishings and other junk from the house. She was continually in contact as she proactively coordinated all workers, schedules, payments and researched missing documents required for closing. Cheryl's professionalism and ability to create a highly trusted working relationship made the entire process selling the house painless. The home was listed on schedule and received qualified full price offer within hours. Cheryl is just an absolute blessing and our family will always be greatful to her!

First she worked so hard to get us into our rental on Buxton Lane around 5 years ago, then when we were ready to buy, she went above and beyond to make sure we secured the home of our dreams in March of 2022. She's different because she truly cares. She approaches her job, goals & clients with actual love. We were always greeted and left with hugs. Last year, which was our first Christmas here in our new home, I invited her over. I was really excited to show her what we'd done to decorate so far. We had a great time over lunch, and I knew we'd always be friends. Not just that, we also just recommended her to a family member ready to buy. I hope it works out. With Cheryl, how could it not?
