She's very approachable and answered any/all questions, communicated quickly and efficiently, too. I also appreciate Cheryl's wide knowledge of housing in the area and her suggestions that helped me decide how/when to sell my home (and to whom). The sale was completed in a very timely manner and she helped me do everything remotely (I was selling from another state). Cheryl is very professional but never pressured me which I highly appreciated, overall you can't go wrong with her expertise and thoughtfulness.
