Whirlwind shopping..but she got it done

My wife and I would STRONGLY recommend Cheryl Walters (Cherie) to anyone considering buyiing or selling. As realtors ourselves in New Hampshire, we expect a LOT out of our broker. From the first call I made to Cherie, we found her to be so pleasant, helpful, knowledge and great to deal with. After spending several days with her, we could tell she was a person of character; very honest and reliable. Cherie answered all of our questions and/or got the answers for the few she didnt know off the top of her head. She followed through on every promise and kept us updated throughout the process. When we travelled back to NH after securing our contract, she handled all the details for us (inspections etc) and directed us to other great professionals (mortgage, insurance, home inspections etc.). Without this assistance, we would have been lost. Lastly, We want to say that Cherie is a GREAT person. My wife and I are in the "people business" and we know a great person when we see them (and spend time with them). WE WOULD STRONLY RECOMMEND CHERIE TO ANYONE NEEDING AN AGENT.

Local agent with intimate knowledge of the area. Very professional and always available to answer our many questions and concerns. She was our "eyes and ears" as we relocated from out-of state and was so very patient with the demanding criteria of our "wish list". Her recommendations met our every needs and she went above and beyond in providing excellent service (that even included accepting a package we sent from abroad to have it waiting when we arrived at our new home). She a special lady who can make dreams come true. She did ours and we highly recommend her to do the same for you.

Cheryl had sold us another property. She listened and only showed us what we wanted. When we were ready to sell EBTC she was the only one we considered. Cheryl is the best. When we go down to Fort Myers Beach we stop and say hello. She keeps us posted on changes happening on the beach such as construction, road work anything that may affect our property. Love Century 21 TriPower. They are also our rental brokers and keep our property as much as possible. When something needs fixing they get right on it and makes sure its done. It only took 2 days so a lot of the above wasn't needed. We had 2 offers immediately.

Cheryl was always helpful and friendly, she would take time out of her own day to help resolve my problem and concerns, not to many people would go the extra mile for their clients and she did.

I would recommend her to family and friends, again she was great.
