Buyer reviewI chose Chona Ortiz to be my agent because I know her and know of her years experience and expertise. She is a person of integrity as I knew I can trust her in each step of the sale of my home. She put me first, she is very professional, and abides by the duties an agent owes to her client. She took the time to stage my home and took pictures that truly represented the warmth and comfort of my home. Chona is very meticulous and pays attention to detail. She made sure I had thorough understanding of of each contract I signed and took the time with patience to be detailed with each item. She went out of her way to make sure the sale was a smooth transaction and kept in constant communication with me and the agent of the buyer. Her follow-up is keeping within the highest standards. I love her energy and must say it was a lot of fun working with her. I will recommend her to friends or family with complete confidence of her professionalism and abilities.

She was with me every step of the way and I don't know what I would have done without her she Not only was professional sh made it so much fun. Seller reviewIn the beginning, I was feeling very overwhelmed, scared, and extremely nervous about selling my house. The house I lived in for almost 30 years was the only house I have ever purchased. But when I began working with Chona as my agent, I knew right away that things will be easier than I originally thought. In fact, I had another agent from another real estate company before Chona and I was very discouraged and unhappy with my 1st agent. We couldn't find buyers for my house until I ran into Chona. She is definitely a "GO GETTER" and very goal orientated. When she told me that the house will sell and not to worry, she did just that and kept her words. I am fortunate to have been blessed with such a hardworking and dedicated agent like Chona. Without her drive and want to sell my house, I would still be sitting in that same house, still trying to sell it.
