Buyer reviewMy wife and I went to a showing without a real estate agent representing us, and Chris Geist offered to represent both sides (buyers and sellers) of the transaction. I was very leery of this initially due to the potential conflict of interest (especially since he was hired by the sellers first), but decided to go with it. At the end of the day, I'm happy we used Chris as our agent. He was the upmost professional on our side of the deal. Ensuring to take our wants and needs into account, and giving us absolutely no pressure to do anything, while addressing any concerns or questions in an extremely timely manner. Chris was readily available and took care of things I didn't even know needed to be done (obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy transfer from the Township) BEFORE they became issues. He also provided great insight on the area. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell on the Jersey Shore.
