Chris has been a lifelong resident of Columbus, he has seen the tremendous growth of this area and how this region has become a major player around the state as well as nationally! He is extremely proud of the military personnel at Ft. Benning and the role they play as an outstanding member of the Columbus community! After graduating from Columbus State University, he worked in the banking industry with CB&T and TSS before moving into the mortgage loan business. He spent 15 years originating mortgage loans before earning his real estate license in 2008. He feels that his extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, along with my real estate background, both in sales and mortgage lending puts him in the perfect position to assist buyers, sellers, and/or investors with any real estate need they may have! Seller reviewWe could not have had a better real estate person to work with. Chris's knowledge and expertise were invaluable to us throughout the process. I believe because he is a seasoned professional, the selling of our mother's house was so much easier. Although we live out of town, and because Chris is so organized and thorough, we were always kept up to date and informed. I believe we were able to get the most money out of our mother's property largely because of the way the house was listed and shown. We listed on a Monday, had 2 offers by Tuesday and accepted one of the offers on Wed. Chris Harper is a wonderful agent. Century 21 is fortunate to have him working for them as he is such an asset to the business. Highly recommend him if anyone is selling or buying property.

Buyer reviewOur purchase has been fully remote. We live in the Atlanta area. Chris has been a tremendous help to us! He has been our "boots on the ground". We executed the entire search and purchase process remotely using phone, video, text or email. He was on top of some details in the closing which had not been coordinated and got those issues resolved making for a smooth closing. We highly recommend Chris!
