My wife's name is Kim and we are blessed with 4 children TayShaun, Oliver, Elliot, and our daughter Berkeley. Chris Morris did a great job with keeping us up to date as the transactions were taking place. We had to switch financial institutions the last minutes and we were struggling to meet the closing date but succeeded. He was patient with us each and every step as this was our first time purchasing an investment property.
