Seller reviewI was in a tough spot dealing with an agent from another realtor agency that wasnt helping with the sale and dicided I need to find a new agent. Here comes Chris walking in to our lives forever. Without his help and positivity... I dont know what would of happened with my property. I was already living in Texas at the time when all of this was going on, my fiance was still living at the property, she worked and communicated with chris while I did what I was able to do 1200 miles away. My house was on the market for 87 days with the first agent (not century 21) Chris was able to sell my home in 15 days! Chris put in the work that the other agency did not do. Thanks to Chris I was able to buy a beautiful home in Texas where we now live.

Seller reviewChristopher was tenacious. He actively sought out our business by proactively giving us pertinent information regarding recent sales. He also brought in help to get an accurate valuation of the property. He pulled permits to be sure all square footage was included. And he brought in an excellent photographer who was able to capture our home in the best possible way.
